It was 5 o'clock in the morning ... the dogs needed to go outside. I crept down the stairs trying to be as quiet as can be so that I didn't wake anybody. Down the stairs I go - skipping the steps that make the creaking noise. Tiptoed through the hall to the kitchen to let the dogs out the back door... glance at the tree, and there sits my son - Jake. "Look Mommy, Santa's been here!" My cutie was just sitting in front of the tree being real quiet - just looking at all the presents. Not opening anything - just looking. So then ... 5 o'clock - the day began :)
Here are some of the highlights from the day (in pictures). The kids had a great day. Sara and Kelly joined us later in the day - so I wasn't able to catch them in my pictures :( I will have to take pictures of them with their new laptops. Since they've gotten them, that's all they've been playing with :)
